Peace Building Initiatives

Dr. Ralph Ogar Oko is the Secretary General, Universal Peace Federation – Nigeria and former Africa Regional coordinator. He is also an Ambassador for Peace with UPF. He works with Teachers Without Borders, Nigeria. Dr. Oko serves on the Board of several local, national and international NGOs and has spoken at various conferences locally and internationally. He is married to a Tanzanian, and they have two sons two. Dr. Oko graduated from University of Port Harcourt with a doctorate in Education. He has taken several courses on educational reform, national renewal, peace education, marriage and family affairs. He is an International coordinator for Global Educators for All Initiative (GEFAI), among other services that Dr. Oko offers. Dr. Ralph is an Ambassador for Peace (UPF), Nigeria and serves on the our board as advisor on peace building and interreligious initiatives.
